Shipping & Delivery Policy

TradeAuct coordinates tracked courier fulfillment to ensure safe transit while safeguarding the private contact information of buyers and sellers.

1. TradeAuct-Coordinated Logistics

To prevent off-platform solicitation and protect user privacy, TradeAuct coordinates courier collection from the seller and delivery to the buyer. Direct physical addresses are kept strictly confidential where possible.

2. Shipping Cost Allocation

Seller Pays Shipping (Free Delivery to Buyer)The buyer sees “Free Shipping”. The approved courier shipping cost is deducted from the seller's net sale proceeds at final settlement.
Buyer Pays ShippingThe applicable tracked shipping rate is calculated based on destination and added to the buyer's checkout total. It is not deducted from seller proceeds.

3. International Shipments & Customs Duties

Important Customs Notice: International buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and local VAT/taxes levied by destination country customs authorities. Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include local customs duties unless expressly stated.

4. Tracking & Delivery Auto-Confirmation

All shipments must be handled via tracked courier partners (e.g. DHL, FedEx). Courier tracking status serves as official proof of dispatch and delivery. If courier tracking confirms successful delivery and the buyer does not report an issue within 3 calendar days, the order is automatically marked as delivered.

5. Transit Coverage & Insurance Terms

Where transit coverage or insurance applies to a shipment, specific coverage limits, deductibles, and claim conditions are governed by the underlying courier contract and declared parcel value. TradeAuct does not offer blanket unconditional insurance on all unvetted shipments without applicable declaration.

These policies govern the operations and transactions facilitated on TradeAuct in the United Arab Emirates. All payment transactions, verification protocols, and dispute handling adhere to applicable UAE consumer and electronic transaction regulations.
